Here’s a few ideas on how you can prepare for the colder months.
Provide Outdoor Shelters
Make a feature of your outdoor areas and stand out from the competition with outdoor shelters.
Wood and Metal Gazebos and Dining Cabins offer more substantial weatherproof shelter than summer canopies and marquees.
And at the moment, as these class as temporary structures, there is no planning permission required as long as they are less than 4m tall (some restrictions do apply for heritage buildings).

We offer a range of different sizes from 4m to 7m long.

Gazebos can have wall mounted electric heaters installed to ensure customers are cosy and warm into the cooler evenings.
Outdoor Dining Cabins
Seating up to 6 people, our wooden outdoor dining cabins come with integrated bench seats and a table. The dining cabins can be supplied with full height side panels or half height panels for weather protection.
These are great for pre-bookable private dining and create a feature of your outdoors.
Provide Outdoor Patio Heaters
What will work best for your outdoor areas?
Electric Wall Mounted Patio Heaters or Free Standing Gas Patio Heaters?
The Electric Heaters provide a 6 square metre area with heat, the Gas Patio Heaters provide up to 10-20 square metre area of heat.
Electric Wall Mounted Heaters
These can be fixed to walls of buildings or Gazebos and Dining cabins.
The 2kw electric heaters require a plug or hard wiring into mains electricity. The casing of the heaters is weather proof aluminium.
Free Standing Gas Patio Heaters
Free Standing Gas Patio Heaters give more heat coverage to a larger area and provide a feature on patios or decks.
Our patio gas heaters have safety features which include anti-tilt. If a patio heater were to fall or the flame goes out, the gas immediately shuts off.
The gas heaters require an LPG or propane gas cylinder.
Flooring for Outdoor Areas
Can you create more weatherproof outdoor areas by increasing decking or patios?
We offer Millboard® decking which has a high anti-slip rating and we’d be happy to conduct a site survey.
Millboard® decking is made from polyurethane, moulded from timber planks, for the elegant look of wood but with none of the downsides.
It is hardwearing, frost and heat resistant and anti mold and fungi. So requires very little maintenance over many years.
Gazebos and Dining Cabins are fine to be installed onto decking or patios
Quick Dry Outdoor Furniture
Whilst we are big advocates of wooden outdoor furniture, we know it isn’t as fast to dry out as metal, plastic and synthetic rattan outdoor chairs which can easily be wiped dry.
To make your outdoor dining areas more attractive to customers during autumn and winter, make sure the seating options are clean and dry.

The Rattan Outdoor Dining Tables and Chairs Sets come with shower proof outdoor cushions for the seats to provide more comfort to outdoor diners.
