You’ve probably read so many of these reassurances by now, but we wanted to detail the way we are handling your order here at Woodberry to show that all precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

At Woodberry we are a small family-run team who care a great deal about the mental and physical well being of our staff and customers.

We are in fast changing times and we are constantly adapting to adhere to Government guidance.

These are the measures we have in place to ensure all safety precautions are carried out:

Ordering Process

You can either order online or give us a call to talk through your requirements.

A member of the family team will always respond to email enquiries and answer the phone within our normal working hours (Monday – Friday 7am-5pm)

Dispatch Process

As we’ve said, we are a family team working together to ensure all safety guidance from the Government is adhered to.

Our team is working at a safe 2m distance apart from each other at all times to assemble furniture, pack and load the delivery vans.

We are washing our hands regularly, have hand sanitizing points though out the workshop and all the communal areas are cleaned on a daily basis.

Commercial Delivery

Our deliveries to commercial addresses are fulfilled by a third party delivery company. These are loaded onto pallets at Woodberry where we ensure the pallet load is fully anti-bacterial sprayed before it is lifted by forklift truck into the lorry. The pallet delivery is then offloaded at your address. There is minimal human handling of the furniture pallets.

Our service agreement with our delivery company includes assurances that they are adhering to the latest government safety guidance with all their drivers. The delivery is contact-free as the driver will call the named recipient when they arrive and receipt of furniture is acknowledged remotely with no signed-for requirement.

We are still offering an installation service for your outdoor furniture and you should arrange this with the team when you are placing your order. The installation team are all working under the social distancing restrictions and following safety guidance including frequent handwashing and using anti-bacterial hand gel. Please ensure you keep a safe distance from the installation team whilst they are on site.

 

Home Delivery

We have adapted our business to offer garden furniture to customers at home. We are only taking orders where delivery to a home address is within a 25 mile radius of Leamington Spa.

Again, we will be adhering to strict safety measures by spraying the furniture packages with anti-bacterial spray as they are loaded into the van.

Our delivery is contact-free. We will pre-arrange with you a delivery time slot and will call you as we arrive. We can deliver to your front door (ensuring we stay 2 metres away from you) or we can install the furniture into your garden if you have easy rear access where we do not have to enter your house. Please stay in your house during this process so we can all stay safe.

We can take all packaging away for you (if you require) and give the furniture a good spray with anti-bacterial cleaner before we leave.
