Secondly, with a surge of families out to enjoy picnics around your estates, it is important that you have enough litter bins. Don’t give visitors an excuse to discard their leftover food and wrappings around your grounds and pathways making it look untidy and exposing you to a potential tripping hazard. Ensure your bins are emptied at regular intervals and are clearly marked if you have separate bins for recycling. Adding a splash of colour in the form of a litter bin is a great way to make sure they are easy to spot.”
