  • Booking in specific dates and times for deliveries and installs so it’s clear when we’ll be on site
  • Having hands-on expertise, e.g. which parasol bases fit which tables
  • The customer has numerous access points into our various depts to aid working together
  • We are timely with communication, even when bad news we keep customers informed
  • We match the appropriate fitters to the job, to ensure customer has the best team to complete the job
  • We ensure our fitters receive regular training
  • We take Health and Safety seriously by producing RAMS as required
  • We work with the main contractor to understand site requirements ahead of the time
  • We work with the designer to understand the required furniture layout ahead of the time

On the day

  • We get the job done regardless
  • Doing exactly what the customer asks for
  • Following the job specifications exactly
  • Going the extra mile setting furniture out, even when it requires working with the other trades teams on site
  • We understand the kingpin contact (who to listen to, and who not to take instructions from, respectfully)
  • Our fitters are polite, tidy and remove their rubbish

Aftercare

  • Attending to snagging issues and not walking away
  • No quibble on guarantees or warranty
  • Spares and repairs – missing bolts, we send these out quickly
  • We are timely with site revisits where needed
